Saturday, January 10th or Sunday, January 11th
8:00am – 5:00pm
Space limited to first 75 participants per session.
Key take-aways for meeting professionals:
Before you plan your next meeting, refine your negotiation skills and discover how to apply more effective strategies when the stakes are high and success is critical. At this fast-paced, full-day program, you’ll create a negotiation framework that will prepare you to seamlessly execute your next negotiation. Learn how to achieve better results in a vast array of competitive environments, including those entailing uncertainty, complex issues, and negotiating from a position of weakness. You’ll find out how to make deals that create the best possible outcome for all parties involved and how to exit a negotiation while maintaining key business relationships.
Working together with other leading meetings professionals (75 person maximum per session), you will:
| Build a “negotiation toolkit”—Refine strategies and tactics for creating and capturing value in any negotiation. You’ll leave primed to put these tactics to use as soon as you walk out the door. | |
| Analyze real-world negotiation situations—In addition to analyzing eye-opening negotiation case studies, you’ll engage in realistic negotiation simulations and receive personalized feedback on your performance. | |
| Organize a plan for implementation—Because no amount of training can help if you do not implement what you’ve learned, you will formulate a plan for immediately integrating the skills you’ve developed into your position and organization. |
Throughout the day, you’ll find an emphasis on real-world application. You will walk away with
clear-cut tactics and a set of specific action items that will help you achieve more profitable deals at the bargaining table for you and your organization.
