All fares are based on availability and the lowest fare will always be quoted. Be sure to inform the airline agent of the 2009 PCMA Annual Meeting code to obtain discounts. The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is located approximately 30 minutes from PCMA's participating hotels.

Option 1 Visit www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates and your promotion code number, 564MP. Note the CODE 564MP is case sensitive and the characters need to be capitalized. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol, which means that the itinerary is "electronic certificate eligible." When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight, it will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare. There are no fees for booking online.

Taxi Cabs

Taxi Cab pick up is on the lower level, outside of baggage claim of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) parking garage.  Cost is approximately $28 USD each way. 

Airport Shuttle New Orleans

Airport Shuttle New Orleans serves the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Pick up is located on the lower level in baggage claim area 6. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes daily, with service to and from major downtown New Orleans hotels. Call 504.522.3500 or 866.596.2699 for more information and advance reservations.
